The third is that Donna is planning her retirement this year, so we will be creating a new position and looking for a full time employee who has human resources, accounting and financial services experience. I thought you might find the attached publication from Templeton Advisory of interest. The commentary is very indicative of how our value managers view the market and it provides some insight into how they go about choosing companies for your portfolio.
Next month will be the KMS newsletter. We will report on the January effect theory (the theory that as the market goes in January so goes the market for the year) and where the DOW might end up this year given its historical returns.
