Are Bear markets a thing of the past?
You would certainly think so with all of the media hype and the fact that we really haven't seen a Bear market for a very long time except perhaps for the NASDQ this year, or you consider the 15% to 20% corrections which have occurred over 30 to 60 day period a Bear market.
So when the enclosed brochure came across my desk I just had to get a copy out to you. I found it to be very clever and really on target with sound advice.
